ATTORNEY PROFILE

Criminal Defense Attorney New YorkRYAN BLANCH is the founder and lead attorney of The Blanch Law Firm.  Mr. Blanch is an experienced New York criminal defense lawyer handling white collar criminal cases and other major felonies in New York.   Mr. Blanch's work has been published in law review and op-ed articles for UCLA and Pace Univiersity.  While studying at a nationally ranked, Top Tier Law School, Mr. Blanch was a member of Law Review and the Criminal Law Society.  Prior to graduating, Mr. Blanch worked as an intern-prosecutor with both the Los Angeles and San Francisco District Attorneys' Offices.  There he prosecuted hundreds of felonies at probable cause hearings in criminal court under the supervision of the District Attorney's office.  He went on to continue his legal career working as a lawyer at a large New York law firm.  Mr. Blanch has appeared as a criminal law commentator on FOX News Live.  He has been covered in Page 6 of the NY Post and his cases have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.   See Attorney Blanch's Full Bio.

JEFFREY CHABROWE started his legal career in criminal law as a prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.  After dedicating almost seven years to learning criminal law through the eyes of the prosecution, Mr. Chabrowe decided to devote himself to remedying the many injustices that occur when criminal defendants are wrongfully accussed.  As a criminal defense lawyer, Mr. Chabrowe has succesfully defended a vast array of Major Crimes, ranging from criminal charges relating to wire fraud and attempted murder to alleged Columbian drug trafficking rings, bank robbery, assault on police officers and grand theft auto.

RICHARD NGUYEN  is dedicated to serving his clients to the fullest extent of their needs.  His practice areas range from criminal to antitrust litigation matters.  Mr. Nguyen is also acting COO of The Blanch Law Firm, in charge of overseeing the criminal case management systems to ensure that our clients receive the maximum benefit of our 5 lawyer criminal case defense model.  With regard to his criminal law experience, Nguyen has worked on cases in the New York State courts ranging from drug-related felonies to corporate Rico Act violations in the telecommunications industry. In addition, he has been contracted by several of the nations largest and most prestigious law firms in New York to work on both civil and criminal antitrust litigation matters.  These matters pertain to alleged violations under the Sherman Act and the Clayton Act pursued by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.  He has also worked on cases arising from allegations of illegal, anti-competitive behavior.
