Charge: Enterprise Corruption: This is New York State's Organized Crime statute which is NY's equivalent of RICO. Individuals charged with Enterprise Corruption are facing the possibility of several years in prison. The charge is commonly associated with New York crime Families is designed to convict individuals for activity in complex, ongoing illegal businesses, such as gambling rings, prostitution rings, crime cartels, fraudulent medical facilities, mortgage fraud companies and more. Because of the severity of the charge, the government investigates its targets for many months and even years before making an arrest. This allows prosecutors to marshall a great deal of evidence, including video tape, audio tape, witness statements and documented evidence.

Case Background: We fought this case from 2006 and into 2008. After over a year of collecting evidence for the defense, analyzing the prosecutions case, working with our private investigators, inverviewing witnesses, arguing numerous hearings and researching and preparing motions for the defense, the charge was dismissed.
