Firm Adds a Valued Client Portal

Firm Adds a Valued Client Portal

Direct Line, Exclusively for Current Clients of the Firm

If you have accessed this page, it means that you are already a valued client of our firm. Access to this portal entitles you to call our valued client line so that you may begin speaking with your lawyers about your case right away.

If you have already retained our criminal defense services and are a client of the firm, you should have received at least one cell phone number for one of the 5 criminal lawyers, led by Ryan Blanch, all of whom are working as a team on your case. That lawyer's cell phone, email and direct office dial should operate as your primary point of contact in this case. Please contact that attorney (whether Mr. Blanch, Kushner, Chabrowe, Nguyen, or Ms. Summers) directly, using his or her direct dial or cell phone or by calling the main number at:

(888) 8 BLANCH

If this is your first time calling the firm or if you have not yet retained our services, please call the number listed on the general contact us page.

This client portal is for your convenience. You will obtain more immediate, specified attention by calling (888) 8 BLANCH or your attorney's direct dial. The phone number on the home page is desiged to be answered by our receptionist who can screen new callers. This ensures that our criminal lawyers have the time required to work on our existing client cases without being distracted by new cases unless and until they become an actual client of hte firm. When you hire us you will want to know that we are committed to representing you and not to simply bringing in new business.

Recieving Immediate Attention as an Existing Valued Client

We strive to return client calls the same day that you call. However, due to court appearances, holidays and the like, sometimes calls are returned the following. day. 2. The client's relationship with the lawyer must be one of complete candor and the lawyer must be apprised of all facts or circumstances of the matter being handled by the lawyer even if the client believes that those facts may be detrimental to the client's cause or unflattering to the client.

3. The client must honor the fee arrangement as agreed to with the lawyer, in accordance with law.

4. All bills for services rendered which are tendered to the client pursuant to the agreed upon fee arrangement should be paid promptly.

5. The client may withdraw from the attorney-client relationship, subject to financial commitments under the agreed to fee arrangement, and, in certain circumstances, subject to court approval.
